Our take
TC45L combines video, data and two card formats in one host-attached adapter, with a distinct charging-only USB-C input. Its HDMI and 100W figures are manufacturer limits and depend on the host and power setup.
A USB-C user who needs a compact display, card and data adapter and can confirm host video support and the exact selected offer..
Someone who needs Ethernet, Nintendo Switch HDMI output, confirmed host-delivered wattage, or a verified direct Amazon offer.
Pros & cons
What could work for you, and what to consider before buying.
What works in its favor
- The official layout distinguishes one USB-C data port from the separate PD charging input.
- HDMI is listed up to 4K/60Hz and SD and TF cards can be read together.
- The maker states card format and capacity limits for the supported SD-family media.
What to weigh up
- The 100W PD input rating is not a confirmed amount delivered to the host.
- The official title says TC45L while a short description says TC45.
- A retailer headline conflicts with the official seven-function layout, and Amazon detail was unreadable.

Full review: how the features affect your choice
What the features mean for you
Choose it for a host that can send video over USB-C
TC45L is a compact host-attached hub with one male USB-C connector. Lemorele lists USB-C laptops, tablets and phones and says HDMI can mirror or extend an external display up to 4K at 60Hz. The host still has to support display output over its USB-C connection for HDMI to work; the product page does not make every USB-C device equivalent. Check the device display-output capability before buying, especially if your goal is a monitor from a phone or tablet. The 4K/60Hz number is the maker maximum, not an independent measurement, and the connected display, cable and host can limit the result.
Use the port map instead of the seven-in-one label
The seven functions are HDMI, two USB-A data ports, one USB-C data port, SD and TF readers, and a separate USB-C PD charging socket. The two USB-C-shaped connections do different jobs: the data port is listed up to 5Gbps but does not provide power or HDMI, while the PD socket accepts charging only and does not transfer data or video. The USB-A ports are also listed up to 5Gbps. If you need USB-C storage, choose the data port rather than the PD socket. The source does not state per-port current for USB-A.
Treat 100W as a charging ceiling, not a guaranteed laptop rate
The official page says the PD port supports charging input up to 100W. It does not detail how much power remains for the laptop after hub use, what charger is required, or how the computer negotiates power. The 100W figure therefore describes the advertised input maximum, not a promise that every laptop receives exactly 100W. Bring a compatible USB-C PD charger and verify the computer charging limit if you need to maintain charge under load. The same socket is not for data or video, so charging there does not add another peripheral connection.
Check card compatibility and treat speed figures as claims
TC45L is useful when a setup needs both SD and TF, or MicroSD, formats. Lemorele says the two slots can be read at the same time and lists up to 113MB/s read and 128MB/s write, with SDHC, SDXC up to 2TB and MMC support. Those are maker maxima rather than independently measured results; actual transfers also depend on the card and files. Check the card format and capacity against the specification before relying on the reader. The page does not give a UHS rating, and card-speed claims should not be confused with USB data rates.
Keep Ethernet or Switch video on a different shortlist
The official TC45L port list contains no Ethernet socket. A reseller record uses the old store code in a ten-in-one and Ethernet headline, but its model field and details identify the seven-in-one TC45L layout. That title conflict is not evidence to add Ethernet to this product. Lemorele also explicitly says the hub does not provide HDMI output from Nintendo Switch. If either Ethernet or Switch video is essential, choose a product whose maker port diagram confirms that function rather than inferring it from an inconsistent headline.
Confirm the model code and exact offer before ordering
The official page title names TC45L, while its short descriptive line says TC45. Desertcart lists the historical B0B9MXDXCT code with model TC45L and its seven-port layout; Amazon detail could not be read. Another record using the same store code has an incompatible ten-in-one and Ethernet headline. Use the tagged TC45L search, then compare the selected listing port diagram with the official seven-function layout. This review uses maker and seller specifications and does not claim current price, inventory, buyer-review consensus or personal testing.
