Our take
A product-specific indexed result repeats the TOHMR USB blanket/shawl title and its compact 35 x 23 in format. It describes shoulder, lap and seat-cushion use, so this candidate belongs in a portable-heated-layer comparison rather than a bed-blanket shortlist. The result carries a different ASIN and a Gray color, while the frozen record says Black and gives ASIN B0BBLJ9155. Treat the USB shawl family as identified, but keep exact color, child offer, controller behavior and care unresolved.

What the features mean for you
A portable layer rather than a bed blanket
The indexed Ubuy result describes the TOHMR item as a USB-powered blanket or shawl sized 35 x 23 inches, with suggested use over the shoulders or knees and as a seat cushion. That is a distinctly different use case from a Twin or Full bed blanket, and it is the most helpful comparison clue in the saved evidence. It may appeal to someone looking for a compact warming layer at a desk or while seated. The page could not be opened, so these are indexed retailer details, not an independently inspected current product. The source row itself calls the item a blanket/shawl and supplies the same dimensions, but its frozen title is only a historical lead. Confirm size, included cable and supported use on the exact offer before relying on them.
USB describes the family, not a verified power setup
The product result and source title both call the item USB heated. That makes USB the relevant family-level power clue. Neither accessible record establishes the required power adapter, voltage/current, power-bank compatibility, cable length or whether an adapter is included. Do not assume any USB port will provide enough power, or that the product can be used with a particular battery. Those details matter more for a portable warmer than they do for a wall-powered blanket. Check the label and instructions of the exact candidate, especially if the intended power source is a laptop port, power bank or vehicle adapter.
The title's settings and timer are not verified
The frozen title claims three heat settings and a three-hour auto-off, and the indexed result's long title repeats those phrases. However, the result points to alternate ASIN B0BLX6HN6H, not the source's historical ASIN B0BBLJ9155, and there is no maker manual in the saved packet. Treat the claims as seller/index text that needs confirmation. The evidence does not describe the actual controller, what its indicator lights mean, whether a timer can be changed, or whether the shutoff is fixed. A shopper who needs a specific timer or repeat-use behavior should verify the exact controller documentation first.
Material, cleaning and color need a direct check
The frozen title describes Black and flannel, while the indexed product result calls its variant Gray. Its details also reference a different ASIN. These conflicts prevent a confident assignment of source color or construction to the offer. No reliable cleaning instructions or removable-controller steps were found. A washable claim in a title is not enough to choose a cleaning method for an electrical textile. Look for the care label and complete manufacturer instructions, and confirm whether the heating element or cable must be detached. This review does not promise softness, heat output, safety certification or machine-washability.
Who should investigate this candidate
Consider the TOHMR name as a discovery lead if the intended use is a compact USB shawl or lap layer. The clearest practical distinction is scale and use: 35 x 23 inches is a small personal layer, not mattress coverage. The exact source color and Amazon child are unresolved, and no current price, stock, performance result, sales rank or buyer-review summary is claimed. Compare exact dimensions, power requirements, controller instructions and cleaning details on the offer itself. If any of those are unavailable, the evidence does not support a confident purchase decision.
