Someone who needs bed-size coverage, more than three settings, a selectable shutoff range, or separately controlled sides.

What the features mean for you
A personal throw with an exact model match
The Amazon product information identifies Sunbeam model `COMIN16JU019805` and ASIN `B00N9QTUHG`; the page describes a Lagoon Blue heated plush throw measuring 50 x 60 in. The source row uses this same ASIN/model, which is a stronger product link than many historical category entries whose child and color do not match the outside listing. That supports using the exact product page as the affiliate destination, but it says nothing about current price or availability. The 50 x 60 in size makes this a throw-format option for a lap or sofa rather than a Twin, Full, Queen or King bed blanket. Measure your intended use rather than treating “throw” as a fit guarantee.
Three settings create a simple control choice
The product page lists three heat settings. That is straightforward if you prefer a small number of choices; it is less appealing if you want many increments for fine adjustment. The page and manual mirror identify the model, but neither evidence means one level will feel right for every person or room. We have not tested its temperature, heating speed or ability to hold a setting. The useful comparison is the documented control range: three steps on this throw versus other models that list more levels. Choose based on whether simple control is enough for your routine, not on an assumption about warmth.
A fixed shutoff should fit the way you use it
The exact listing describes a three-hour automatic shutoff. The packet does not describe a selectable timer menu, so treat this as a fixed interval rather than a range you can configure. That may suit a short sitting session, but it may not match someone looking for a longer or shorter stop time. If the timer matters, confirm the manual for the exact model and understand whether the shutoff is automatic after a set period. We do not characterize this as a safety guarantee; it is a documented control feature, not evidence that a blanket can be left unattended in every situation.
Care instructions are part of the ownership decision
The product page describes machine-washable and dryer-safe care and identifies the surface as polyester plush. That makes the listed maintenance routine relevant when comparing it with blankets whose care is unknown. Follow the instructions supplied with the product, especially any steps for disconnecting or removing the controller and the recommended drying method. This review does not claim that the throw was washed or inspected. The manual mirror repeats several product details, which provides a second reference for the code and dimensions, but care is still something to verify on the instructions that arrive with the exact product.
Where it fits among larger blankets
The Comin model is a personal throw, so it should not be treated as a replacement for bed coverage. Someone shopping for a Twin or Queen blanket should start with the bed dimensions and a blanket documented for that size. Someone wanting a couch throw may appreciate the compact 50 x 60 in footprint and the integrated controller. The product page describes plush fabric and Lagoon Blue, but color and surface are style/material details rather than evidence of better heating. There is no verified information here about dual controllers, warranty, certification or performance compared with another model.
Who should shortlist it
This Sunbeam is a sensible comparison point if you want a clearly identified throw, three simple heat settings, a fixed three-hour shutoff and listed washable care. It is not the right fit if your central requirement is bed-size coverage, a dual-control setup, a longer selectable timer, or a broad range of heat adjustments. The exact ASIN/model connection is supported, so a direct product page is appropriate; still check the current product title and model number before ordering. We make no claim about current stock, price or rankings, and do not substitute buyer-review text for product evidence.
