Our take
The saved catalog record identifies the Sunbeam BSM9KFS-R310-16A00 as a Royal Luxe Microplush heated blanket in Full size and Cabernet. A second indexed retailer record gives dimensions of 84 x 72 in. Heat-setting and shutoff claims conflict, so this is a fit-and-surface comparison rather than a controls recommendation.
Consider it when a Full Cabernet Microplush blanket is the target and you can confirm the exact code, controls, and care before relying on them..
Buyers who need a settled heat-level count, a confirmed timer range, model-specific care instructions, or a direct Amazon link to the historical ASIN.

- The Microplush surface description distinguishes it from fleece, Sherpa, and throw formats.
What to weigh up
- Saved descriptions conflict between ten and twelve heat levels.
- Saved descriptions conflict between ten and twelve heat levels and disagree on timer details.
- Care, controller layout, certification, and warranty are not established for this model.

What the features mean for you
Full-size coverage needs a measurement check
The seller catalog identifies this as a Full heated blanket, and an indexed retailer record associates the model with dimensions of 84 x 72 in. Keep the page's stated orientation when comparing it with a mattress or other blanket. “Full” is a useful size class, but it does not tell you the drape you will get on a particular bed. Check both mattress dimensions and the amount of overhang you prefer before choosing. The dimensions are catalog evidence rather than a measurement we took ourselves, and a similar Royal Luxe product in another size should not be treated as the same blanket.
The model code helps separate it from other Sunbeam blankets
The code BSM9KFS-R310-16A00 is the strongest identity clue in the saved evidence. The eBay catalog page uses it for a Microplush Heated Blanket and describes a Royal Luxe Cabernet Full variant; a separate indexed item page associates the same code with Full/Cabernet and 84 x 72 in. Those are seller and retailer catalog sources, not manufacturer-hosted specifications. The frozen Amazon ASIN in the source row was not verified as this product, and an alternate ASIN in a reseller record does not make the historical child an exact match. Use the model code and variant details together when checking a current listing.
Microplush is a construction label, not a feel test
The product record describes Microplush construction. That is a useful surface category for comparing it with a Sherpa-backed blanket or a woven throw. It does not establish how soft the blanket feels, how it wears, whether it pills, or how evenly it warms. We did not handle the textile or run a heating test. If the surface is a deciding factor, look at a current exact-model item page and its material label rather than relying on a general name or photos from a different Royal Luxe colorway.
Heat settings and timer claims should remain open
The saved retailer descriptions do not agree on the number of selectable heat levels, and their timer statements do not form a single reliable specification. Because the sources are not a model-specific manufacturer manual, this review leaves both controls out of matching. Do not pick it because a listing says ten or twelve levels, and do not assume that a time is fixed or selectable without a manual for this complete code. If fine temperature steps or a certain shutoff interval matter, confirm the controller label and instructions before ordering. No comfort or heat-output ranking is supported by the available material.
Care and safety details are not verified here
The packet does not supply model-specific wash and drying instructions, controller count, certification documentation, or warranty terms for BSM9KFS-R310-16A00. Do not transfer care details from a later Sunbeam blanket just because both products use a plush surface. For a heated textile, exact directions for disconnecting the controller and laundering the product matter; the manual for the actual model should govern. The cited item pages do not establish an independent safety result, and this review does not add one.
Search by code and compare the selected offer
The saved affiliate destination is an Amazon search for the complete model code rather than the historical ASIN. Search results can surface another size, fabric, generation, or Cabernet-like color name. Before relying on a listing, compare the code, Full label, dimensions, and color description on the item page. The research does not establish current Amazon price, stock, seller, or offer status. This model is worth considering when the Full/Cabernet identity and plush surface fit your needs; it is a weaker choice when the unresolved timer and control details are mandatory.
