Our take
The B0895RJ2FR listing is a small oscillating SLENPET tower fan with two speeds and two modes at retailer-listing scope, while its detailed dimensions remain inconsistent.
Consider this compact listing for a desk or bedside surface if the exact size and included controls can be confirmed before purchase..
Not for buyers who need a full-height floor tower, an exact model code, a verified timer duration, or measured room-cooling performance.

What the features mean for you
The useful distinction is tabletop scale
The indexed product title calls this a 13-inch small tower fan for desks and bedrooms and tags B0895RJ2FR. That supports a compact tabletop comparison, not a claim that the fan can serve the same placement as a standard floor tower. The exact Ubuy page returned a cache miss when reopened, so the current check is limited to the indexed listing record and its surfaced fields. The listing also claims two speeds, but those remain retailer-scoped rather than model-backed. Confirm the height, base and space needed on any live offer before choosing it for a crowded surface.
Two speeds and two modes
The indexed listing states two speed settings and two modes and also describes oscillation. Those controls can make the unit more adjustable than a stationary mini fan, but the saved source does not establish the names of the modes or how the fan changes output between settings. There is no independent airflow or room-coverage measurement. Treat the counts as retailer claims for this listing, and verify the exact control panel and functions if they matter more than the compact form.
Dimensions require a check
The title markets a 13-inch fan, while the indexed details give 15 × 13 × 13 inches. Those values do not provide a clean single dimension sequence and may describe a stand or a different listing field. Do not use them to promise a specific height or footprint. A buyer who needs the fan to fit beneath a shelf or on a narrow bedside table should get a dimensional drawing or measure the actual offered model. The historic title alone is not enough to settle placement. The source describes oscillation but no reliable numeric sweep, so that questionnaire value stays unknown rather than being inferred from the size fields.
Identity and Amazon link limits
The indexed Ubuy record carries B0895RJ2FR, but no manufacturer model code is shown and the Amazon page did not reopen during the saved research. The tagged Amazon search is therefore a discovery route rather than proof of a current exact offer. Keep this item separate from SLENPET clip, neck, camping and other desk-fan listings; a shared brand does not make their controls interchangeable. The two-speed claim stays listing-scoped until the exact offered fan is identified. Check the seller title, included stand and product label before treating an offer as this small tower listing.
What remains unknown
The current evidence does not establish a timer duration, remote, app, exact oscillation angle, voltage/frequency or water-system status. It also does not provide measured noise, air delivery or room coverage. A buyer requiring any of these facts should choose a better-documented model or obtain the exact manual before purchase. The review does not borrow noise or performance claims from generated retail Q&A and does not count an unknown feature as absent or present for matching.
Who may choose this listing
This family lead may suit someone who wants a compact tower-style body for nearby desk or bedside airflow and is comfortable checking dimensions and settings on the live offer. The main compromise is weaker identity and size documentation than a manufacturer-model fan with a manual. If the intended use is a large room, long unattended operation or an exact surface fit, another verified model gives a more dependable basis for the decision. This is a source-based listing review, not a personal test or customer-review summary.
What else to compare
Compare another compact tower fan with a readable manual if exact dimensions, a timer or model-specific controls matter.
