Our take
Sears identifies the white Kenmore 20-72122 as a countertop microwave and separates it from stainless 20-72123 and black 20-72129. The sheet lists 1.2 cu. ft., 1,100 W output, ten power levels, sensor menus and sensor reheat, six quick-touch keys and a recessed 12.4-inch turntable. It also documents the white finish, white EZ-clean interior and overall dimensions of 20.5 × 12.8 × 15.9 inches. Electrical input and installation clearances are not on this sheet; the packaged installation instructions are needed for circuit and spacing decisions. Trim-kit compatibility and a commercial-foodservice classification remain unconfirmed. Amazon B00CP7XR2Y returned an internal error, so the tagged exact-model search is used.
Kenmore 20-72122 is the white member of Sears' 20-7212X countertop-microwave group; the stainless and black finish codes are 20-72123 and 20-72129, respectively. Its documented 1.2-cu.-ft. capacity, 1,100-W output and recessed 12.4-inch turntable give useful comparison points, with sensor menus and sensor reheat explicitly listed. The sheet gives an exterior footprint of 20.5 × 12.8 × 15.9 inches and 13.07 × 9.53 × 15-inch interior dimensions. Sears directs users to the packaged installation instructions for clearances, so this data sheet cannot establish shelf spacing, circuit needs or trim-kit compatibility. Its warranty is shorter outside private-family use, but no foodservice-duty rating appears. Amazon B00CP7XR2Y returned an internal error, so the link searches the exact 20-72122 model instead of assigning that ASIN..
Do not choose this entry if you need documented electrical input, exact installation clearances, a confirmed trim-kit option or manufacturer-confirmed commercial foodservice duty from the cited sheet. The Amazon historical ASIN is also unverified.

The key details
| Model covered | 20-72122 |
|---|---|
| Capacity | Sears identifies the white countertop model as 20-72122, with 1.2 cu. ft. capacity; stainless 20-72123 and black 20-72129 are separate variants. Exterior dimensions are 20.5 × 12.8 × 15.9 inches. |
| Microwave output | The family sheet lists 1,100 W microwave output and ten power levels; it does not give input wattage or voltage, so 1,100 W is not a circuit rating. |

| Installation options | Sears directs users to the packaged installation instructions and gives no voltage, input wattage, ventilation clearance or exact trim kit. Warranty is one year for private-family use and 90 days for other use; no foodservice rating is stated. |

What the features mean for you
72122 expands to the white 20-72122 model
The source title says Kenmore 72122, white, and Sears' model-group sheet identifies that exact finish as 20-72122. The same sheet maps stainless to 20-72123 and black to 20-72129. Keep the prefix and full color suffix in the model identity; the neighboring codes are distinct variants, not interchangeable aliases.
Capacity and output are both documented
Sears lists 1.2 cu. ft. capacity and 1,100 W microwave output for the 20-7212X group. The sheet does not state electrical input or voltage, so the 1,100-W output should not be repurposed as an input or circuit rating. Use 1,100 W to compare cooking output with other models, then check each model's separate electrical-input and supply data for circuit planning.
Sensor menus are explicit in the Kenmore sheet
The data sheet marks quick-touch presets as sensor menus and separately lists sensor reheat. It also names six quick-touch keys, popcorn, one-pound/custom defrost, two-stage cooking, child lock and soften/melt. These are documented control options; they do not establish measured cooking outcomes. Whether those controls improve results for a specific dish is not established by the sheet.
The recessed 12.4-inch tray is the cookware reference
Sears lists a recessed turntable with a 12.4-inch diameter and provides interior dimensions of 13.07 × 9.53 × 15 inches. For a dish that nearly spans the tray, check both the tray and cavity dimensions; the diameter alone does not guarantee a particular dish will clear.
Finish is specific to code 20-72122
The model table gives 20-72122 a white overall finish with a white cabinet, door and control panel, and the feature list names a white EZ-clean interior. The stainless 20-72123 and black 20-72129 codes have different exterior finishes; this white finish should not be transferred to those variants.
The sheet leaves installation and duty questions open
Sears says to consult the packaged installation instructions before installing and gives no voltage, input wattage, required clearances or built-in trim kit on the reviewed sheet. Its warranty is shorter outside private-family use, but the document does not classify the model for commercial foodservice. Keep trim-kit compatibility and commercial duty unconfirmed.
The historical Amazon ASIN could not be matched
The source row associates B00CP7XR2Y with the white Kenmore 72122 title, but the current Amazon route returned an internal error. The Sears sheet confirms model 20-72122 independently; the tagged affiliate route searches that exact model and makes no claim that B00CP7XR2Y is the matching ASIN.
What else to compare
For a stainless or black exterior, Sears identifies separate sibling codes 20-72123 and 20-72129. Keep each full model code and finish distinct and verify its exact listing before choosing it.
