Our take
Consider HOMCOM 824-031V80 for its listed remote, named modes, 70-degree oscillation and 12-hour timer, while treating its air filter as a component rather than proven purification.
Consider it when the listed remote, modes, filter component and 12-hour timer match your needs, while keeping purification performance unproven..
Not for buyers who require a verified filtration grade, air-cleaning result, dry-only operation, known electrical rating, or a confirmed current ASIN crosswalk.
Pros & cons
What could work for you, and what to consider before buying.
What works in its favor
- The U.S. retailer listing identifies the gray item as model 824-031V80 and documents three speeds and three named modes.
- It lists 70-degree oscillation, a timer up to twelve hours, remote, LCD panel and night light.
- The item specification gives a 47.25-inch height for planning a placement.
What to weigh up
- The same listing markets the model as 46 inches, so use its detailed height field rather than treating the title as exact.
- Filter presence does not establish filter grade, replacement routine or air-cleaning performance.
- Water-system, heater, voltage/frequency and exact current Amazon offer remain unverified.

What the features mean for you
Model and listed size
Walmart Business identifies the U.S. gray tower fan as item 824-031V80 and markets it as a 46-inch product. Its detailed specification gives an overall height of 47.25 inches. Preserve both statements instead of turning the rounded headline into an exact measurement. For a placement with limited clearance, use the detailed value as the source-listed dimension and confirm it against the current item documentation. The historical Amazon ASIN B09Y8L2J4V was not verified as a current exact offer. A related U.K. manual uses code 824-031V70, so it can provide regional-family context but should not replace the U.S. model identity or establish an ASIN crosswalk.
Controls and timer
The saved U.S. listing specifies three speeds, Normal, Natural and Sleep modes, a remote, 70-degree oscillation and a timer reaching twelve hours. Those details are useful when comparing controls and a scheduled shutoff, especially if the timer ceiling is a must-have. The facts remain listing specifications rather than a personal test: they do not show how much air reaches a particular seat or how loud the fan is. The model's three modes are named, but the source does not provide a performance comparison among them. Verify that the exact listing still identifies item 824-031V80 and includes the remote.
How to interpret the filter
The listing says the tower includes an air filter. That confirms a listed filter component, but it does not name a grade, provide a particle-capture test, state a clean-air delivery rate or establish a measured health benefit. Do not treat the model as a proven purifier or substitute the word filter for evidence about air cleaning. The saved U.S. listing also does not state a replacement schedule or filter availability. If your purchase decision depends on filtration, check exact filter specifications and independently supported performance before relying on that function; the remote, timer and fan controls are more fully described in this packet.
Unknown appliance and electrical details
The saved U.S. source does not establish whether this model has a water system or integrated heater, and it does not give voltage, frequency or wattage. Therefore this profile cannot count it as a verified dry-only fan or a verified 120 V / 60 Hz match. The filter does not imply a water system, and the fan form alone does not prove the absence of one. Buyers with strict installation requirements should check the current model manual or nameplate. No measured airflow, sound level, energy result, current price, stock or buyer-review summary is claimed here.
Who should compare it
This HOMCOM may suit someone who wants a gray floor tower with a remote, three named operating modes, a stated 70-degree sweep and a twelve-hour timer, and who accepts that filter performance is unproven. Its size field is more useful for placement than the rounded product title, while the U.S. source is stronger for this exact 824-031V80 than the separate 824-031V70 regional manual. Use the tagged exact-model search instead of a direct historical ASIN link. Check the seller's current listing for the full model, filter details, height, package contents and any electrical or water-system information you need.
What else to compare
Compare HOMCOM 824-048V80WT separately for its white finish and documented controls; do not transfer size or unknown-function details between models.
Before you buy
Is the fan exactly 46 inches high?
The listing markets it as 46 inches but specifies 47.25 inches overall; confirm the exact current dimensions before placement.
Does the air filter prove purifier performance?
No. The listing establishes a filter component but gives no verified grade, capture result or clean-air delivery data.
Is this model confirmed as fan-only and dry-only?
No. The saved U.S. listing does not establish water-system or heater absence, so those fields remain unknown.
Where can I check the current price?
