Our take
Hamilton Beach 33451 is a 5-qt red Stay or Go slow cooker with manual controls and a clip-tight lid design. The maker guide covers its control family and electrical group, while an exact-model retailer page confirms the 33451 name, capacity, and color. The historical Amazon ASIN is not mapped to that model, so the tagged link searches by exact model instead of using the old number.
Buyers who want a manual 5-qt cooker with a lid-retention design and do not need a countdown feature..
It is not a match for buyers who need a digital timer, automatic Warm, an exact mapped Amazon listing, or confirmed vessel shape and material details.

What the features mean for you
The 5-quart red version has an exact model clue
Hamilton Beach's maker guide includes 33451, and the exact-model retail record identifies it as a red 5-qt Stay or Go slow cooker. A manufacturer model list describes the red shimmer variant. Together these sources support the model-level product facts without mapping the frozen Amazon B01AT75B8Y to it. The capacity refers to one cooker, while the exact vessel shape remains unresolved. If the dimensions or a particular oval or round shape are essential, check an exact model label and listing before buying rather than filling that gap with another Stay or Go model's details.
A manual knob keeps the cooking schedule flexible
The guide describes an Off position and manual Keep Warm, Low, and High choices. That gives the user a direct selection but does not provide a digital countdown. The sources do not document an automatic Warm transition for this exact model, so a buyer should plan to attend to the cooker and change the setting as needed. Manual Warm is a holding choice after food is cooked, not a substitute for timing. The arrangement suits someone who wants to choose a heat setting themselves and has no hard need for an end-time program.
The lid-retention detail supports carrying
Hamilton Beach's model list names clip-tight lid construction for the 33451. This describes how the lid is held in place while the appliance is moved; it does not establish that the cooker is leakproof if tilted or carried full. Use the maker's instructions to secure the lid and move hot food safely. This feature is a concrete reason to compare the 33451 with an ordinary countertop cooker, though no measured spill-prevention claim belongs in the review. The saved sources do not confirm handles, exact shape, or a particular fit inside a carrying bag.
Care and power details come from the maker guide
The 840174806 guide includes 33451 among a model group and describes a manual control family with dishwasher-care language for removable parts. The source record also lists the group at 120 V, 60 Hz, and 250 W. Those are model-group details, so this review does not turn them into a claim about cooking performance. The product list supports dishwasher-safe crock and lid statements for the relevant model, but the exact vessel construction is not promoted beyond what the manual and model list say. Keep the powered base dry and follow the actual unit guide for cleaning.
Use an exact-model search for purchase
The historical Amazon B01AT75B8Y page could not be opened and no saved crosswalk ties that ASIN to the 33451. The affiliate destination therefore searches for Hamilton Beach 33451 Stay or Go and the stated 5-qt red description. The retail page helps identify the model and color, while the maker documents the control and care family. Confirm the model number on a later offer before assuming it includes the same lid construction or color. This review does not use the retailer's current offer status or customer-rating material as buying evidence.
What else to compare
Hamilton Beach 33466 adds a 6-qt capacity and five programmable cook times. Proctor Silex 33040 is a 4-qt round model with an exact Amazon listing and maker-documented oven-safe crock.
