Our take
Coralife LED BioCube Size 32, manufacturer item 100115662, is a glass aquarium with a defined lighting and rear filtration arrangement in its official manual. The instructions identify a 24-hour timer, multiple LED channels, wet/dry filtration parts, a sponge filter, media tray and a pump rated at 264 gallons per hour. This gives a buyer more equipment detail than a bare tank listing. The source record, however, calls its item an 11-piece Deluxe Reef bundle without resolving the pieces or mapping the historical ASIN to Coralife's item. Treat the review as describing the Size 32 base model, not a confirmed current bundle or ready-to-use offer.
A shopper comparing a mid-size glass all-in-one system with documented lighting and rear filtration who can confirm the current dimensions, package and exact offer before planning a stand or setup..
It is not a match for a buyer requiring a documented separate sump, an exact stand or reef bundle list, dimensions free of source conflict, or a currently verified Amazon offer. Its source-listed size is below the finder's 50-gallon option.
Pros & cons
What could work for you, and what to consider before buying.
What works in its favor
- The official manual names the Size 32 item number and UPC and identifies the water-holding aquarium as glass.
- The manual documents an LED canopy with a 24-hour timer and three lighting channels.
- The wet/dry rear filter parts and 264 GPH pump rate are described in the model manual.
What to weigh up
- The maker manual and 2022 catalog list different outside dimensions for the Size 32 model.
- The historical 11-item Deluxe Reef bundle title does not prove which additions or stand are included with an exact current offer.
- The product is a 32-gallon-class option, so it does not meet a 50-gallon minimum or the finder's listed-sump requirement.

What the features mean for you
Identify the Size 32 model before comparing offers
The Coralife owner manual is specifically headed Size 32 Aquarium Instructions. Its parts identification table names a 24-hour timer, canopy, filter cartridge, overflow tray, output nozzle, media tray, water pump, sponge filter and glass aquarium. The specification block names LED BioCube Size 32, item 100115662 and UPC 096316156623. Coralife's current BioCube family page describes the rounded design, LED canopy, timer and built-in rear filtration, while its size selector links a separate manual for Size 32. These sources identify the base model. They do not show that the historical Amazon record's 11-item Deluxe Reef bundle is the same package, so the affiliate link searches for item 100115662 rather than pointing at an unverified ASIN.
Use the size label as a comparison class
The manual calls the product Size 32, and the saved retailer bundle heading describes a 32-gallon tank. That is useful as a nominal class, not as a measurement of operating water volume after substrate, rock, or the chosen fill line. The finder places it above the about-ten-gallon threshold and below the 50-gallon choice. A buyer who selects glass and ten gallons or more can compare it with the All Glass ten-gallon model, the 20-gallon Seapora Long, and the 50-gallon Deep Blue tank. The Size 32 listing does not establish a stand's safe load or available room around the aquarium, so treat its capacity label separately from footprint planning.
Resolve the footprint discrepancy before buying furniture
The manual's Size 32 specification gives 20.25 by 21.875 by 19.125 inches. Coralife's 2022 catalog lists a different set of outside dimensions for the same item number: 20 by 21.875 by 21.5 inches. The sources agree on the Size 32 item identity but do not explain the dimensional difference. Because length and height affect fit, lids, cabinets and clearances, this review leaves a single footprint out of the matching profile. Confirm dimensions from the exact current tank or a current manual and check the support surface before selecting a stand. No measurement here is a hands-on measurement of a particular unit.
The lighting is part of the BioCube canopy
The manual identifies the canopy and 24-hour timer, and its operating instructions describe three LED channels for daytime, color-enhancing sunrise and sunset, and blue moonrise and moonset cycles. Coralife's BioCube page also lists white, blue and color-enhancing LEDs and the timed transitions for its product family. This makes the covered lighting arrangement a distinctive part of the model rather than a separately documented lamp in the historical bundle title. The manual gives output figures, including PAR and lux, for a defined measurement area; those manufacturer figures are not a promise of results in every setup. Verify that the canopy, controls and LEDs are present and functioning in the exact offer.
Understand the rear wet/dry filtration layout
The Size 32 manual describes water entering surface and bottom intakes, passing through a filter cartridge and media tray, then through a sponge filter to the pump before returning through a discharge nozzle. It identifies this as wet/dry filtration and gives a pump flow rate of 264 gallons per hour. The arrangement is built into the back of the aquarium and is distinct from the standalone sump system in this reviewed set. A buyer who requires an explicitly listed sump will therefore not match this model. The documents describe the original configuration, but do not establish the condition of a used unit, replacement-media availability, or what any current seller will include.
Separate the base aquarium from the reef bundle claim
The historical source title calls this an 11-item Deluxe Reef bundle, but that wording is not a current package inventory. Other saved records for a BioCube Size 32 use different bundle descriptions, including stand and item-count claims, without a crosswalk to Coralife item 100115662. The base-model review therefore does not repeat a stand, rock, hydrometer, algae magnet or any particular number of included pieces as verified. Coralife's product page says fish, corals, substrate and décor are sold separately for the BioCube family. Ask a seller for an itemized current box list and photos of the model label before comparing bundles or budgeting for the rest of a setup.
Compare it by size and documented equipment
With capacity and material preferences set to flexible, the Size 32 BioCube can be compared with bare glass tanks and other integrated systems. Its glass body meets a glass-only preference, and its nominal class meets the finder's ten-gallon threshold; the documented wet/dry rear filter does not meet the separate sump-only requirement. Seapora 59200 is a 20-gallon long aquarium in the manufacturer catalog, while Deep Blue ADB11051 is listed as a 50-gallon glass rectangle in a secondary guide. The BioCube occupies an intermediate size class with more documented equipment, but those differences do not establish that it is better for any animal or reef plan. The comparison is based on cited model details, not performance testing.
Check the current offer and support plan
The saved Coralife manual supports the base model's identity and original equipment, while the historical 2023 record does not prove an active exact Amazon offer. No direct ASIN is included. Search results may contain Size 16 models, replacement accessories or bundles with different contents, so verify item 100115662, the glass Size 32 tank, the canopy, timer, filter pieces and pump. Resolve which dimensions apply, ask whether a stand is included, and obtain its model and support rating. Current price, stock, seller condition, warranty coverage for a specific offer, buyer-review consensus and personal testing are not established by the sources used here.
What else to compare
For a smaller long-format glass tank, Seapora Standard Aquarium Long 59200 is catalog-listed at 20 gallons, with no equipment package established in that catalog. Deep Blue Professional ADB11051 is listed as a 50-gallon glass rectangle in a model-specific secondary guide, but its filter, light and lid package remain unknown. Both differ from the BioCube's integrated canopy and wet/dry rear filter; compare exact current dimensions and box contents before planning a support stand.
Before you buy
What is the exact Coralife BioCube Size 32 item number?
The official manual names LED BioCube Size 32 item 100115662 and UPC 096316156623. This identifies the base model, but does not crosswalk the frozen historical Amazon ASIN to a current offer.
Does the Size 32 have a sump?
The manual describes an integrated wet/dry section at the rear with a filter cartridge, media tray, sponge filter and pump. It is not the separately listed sump system used by the finder.
Which dimensions should I use?
The manual gives 20.25 by 21.875 by 19.125 inches, while Coralife's 2022 catalog lists 20 by 21.875 by 21.5 inches. Confirm the exact tank dimensions before choosing furniture.
Does the historical Deluxe Reef bundle include a stand or 11 specific pieces?
The frozen title says 11 items, but no current exact offer or package crosswalk is verified. Request an itemized box list and confirm the item 100115662 label with the seller.
Where can I check the current price?
Use the Amazon link for current offers. Check the exact model, seller, product condition, delivery, and return terms. This page does not display a live price or confirm stock.

The decision
Coralife LED BioCube Size 32 item 100115662 is a documented glass aquarium with an LED timer canopy, a wet/dry rear filtration layout and a 264 GPH pump in its official manual. It fits a glass, ten-gallon-plus comparison but does not meet a 50-gallon minimum or a sump requirement. The maker's dimension sources conflict, the historical 11-item reef bundle is unresolved, and no exact current Amazon offer is verified. Use the tagged exact-model search and confirm the tank label, dimensions, stand, and package with the seller.
