Our take
Bestway 67001E is a simple low-profile Twin air mattress with a flocked top, coil-beam construction, and a quick-release valve. The Bestway catalog lists 74 × 39 × 8.75 inches and a 330-pound maximum. It does not list a pump for this model, so plan on a separately sourced inflation device and verify that the current offer carries the 67001E label.
Compare it when a low Twin mattress and an external pump are acceptable; confirm 67001E and package contents on the offer..

What the features mean for you
Match the listed Twin footprint
The 2023 Bestway catalog names the model 67001E and lists a Twin at 74 × 39 × 8.75 inches. Those are product dimensions, not a promise that every fitted sheet will stay taut or that the listing uses a standard bed-frame size. The 8.75-inch profile keeps the mattress close to the floor compared with raised 18- and 20-inch guest beds. It can be stored as an occasional sleeping surface, but it does not include a platform or frame. Measure the room and use the exact listed size when planning floor space.
Know what is in the package
Bestway describes a flocked sleeping surface, traditional coil-beam construction, and a 2-way interlocking quick-release valve. The catalog's air-pump and pillow fields are blank for 67001E, and a retailer identifies it as an “air mattress only” item. That supports treating pump inclusion as false for this model configuration. The valve still needs an external inflation device; the source materials do not establish that the pump is included in an Amazon offer. Check the seller's package details before buying if you do not already have a compatible pump.
Use the model's listed rating carefully
Bestway's 2025 catalog lists a 330-pound maximum for model 67001/E. This is the maker's published limit, not an independent load test. Keep the model code visible because Twin airbeds can look alike while using different materials, valves, heights, or pump arrangements. The available 2023 catalog lists the exact model as intended for indoor and outdoor use, but that product description does not prove suitability for every temperature, surface, or rough-ground condition.
Compare its manual setup with other Twin options
The 67001E differs from Intex 64761E, which has a built-in foot pump and is listed at 10 inches, and from the Intex 2 × 64761E set, which supplies two pump-equipped Twin beds. Bestway's model is a single bed, under 9 inches high, and has no pump listed. That can be a workable fit when you already own a pump and want a compact profile; it is a poor fit when pump inclusion, higher sleeping height, or multiple beds is a hard requirement. These are configuration differences, not a comfort or value ranking.
What remains unknown
The reviewed manufacturer catalogs establish model, dimensions, construction, valve, and a maximum load, but they do not give a reliable independent inflation time, folded dimensions, or a durability result. The historical ASIN B000PKL9JG was not mapped to a readable current Amazon offer. Search by 67001E and confirm the exact blue Twin model, included pump status, and package before purchasing. No current price, stock, seller ranking, personal testing, or customer-review summary is included.
