Our take
The saved model evidence identifies Simmons Beautyrest model MM03717QN as a Queen airbed described as a 12-inch Ultra Flex Express Bed. That supports a model-search profile, but not a current Amazon offer or a complete specification sheet. Historical ASIN B002AS9XHQ is not linked to the model by the sources reviewed, so confirm the current label before relying on any package details.
Compare it only when a Queen airbed and nominal 12-inch height fit; verify the model label and missing requirements on a current offer..
Do not choose it when a verified pump, exact footprint, capacity, electrical rating, or current model-specific Amazon offer is essential.

What the features mean for you
The model code narrows the search
The frozen source title gives MM03717QN and a 12-inch Ultra Flex Express Queen description. An archived Boyd Specialty Sleep sitemap independently lists the same model under Simmons Beautyrest with the same Queen and 12-inch name. That agreement is enough to distinguish a model candidate from an unidentified inflatable, but it leaves the historical Amazon boundary open. The sitemap also lists a different Beautyrest Queen airbed, model MM03817QN, as an 18-inch Posture Flex Express Bed. Similar brand and Express wording do not make these interchangeable. A listing without MM03717QN should not inherit this article's facts.
Queen and 12 inches are the limited fit facts
The product record identifies Queen and a 12-inch nominal profile. That offers a broad comparison with higher raised beds, but the available sources do not give exact length and width. A Queen label does not establish sheet compatibility, room fit, or a precise footprint for an older inflatable. The nominal height alone also does not say whether a present offer uses the same construction or measurement convention. If the mattress must fit a particular frame, sheet pocket, guest room, or storage compartment, ask for model-specific dimensions before ordering. Do not substitute dimensions from MM03817QN or another Beautyrest code.
Express is not proof of a pump package
The name includes Express Bed, but neither reviewed source documents whether the pump is built in, supplied separately, or included in a current package. That distinction changes setup: an integrated pump needs a compatible power source at the bed, while a separate unit needs its own storage and hose connection. No electrical rating, voltage, inflation control, shutoff behavior, or inflation time was established. A buyer who needs a specific outlet, automatic shutoff, or a pump in the box should not count this model as a match until the current offer or manual shows those details.
Capacity and use limits remain open
The sources do not provide a maximum load, material, surface description, outdoor-use direction, repair kit, warranty, or care instructions. An absent rating is not a low rating; it simply cannot satisfy a hard load threshold in this guide. There is also no reliable evidence here about comfort, air retention, firmness, noise, or long-term durability. Those matter for an overnight bed, but the product title and sitemap cannot answer them. The model search can help locate an exact label; product-specific documentation still needs to be checked before a buyer relies on it for frequent use or a particular sleeper.
Who should keep it on the list
MM03717QN is worth checking if a Queen inflatable with a nominal 12-inch profile is the intended format and the buyer can verify the missing details. Its main trade-off is sparse documentation: size and height are the only useful fit indicators established here, while pump, footprint, capacity, materials, use environment, and current offer remain unconfirmed. Choose a better-documented model when a hard pump, height, or load requirement matters. Search specifically for MM03717QN and compare the exact label, dimensions, electrical information, and package list. This review does not claim hands-on testing, customer sentiment, current pricing, or stock.
