Our take
Aquarium Masters identifies AM11120 as its 120 Regular Aquarium and lists approximately 120 gallons, product dimensions of 48.25 × 24.5 × 25.38 inches, and a 165 lb empty weight. The manufacturer describes its standard aquariums as glass. These details make the model distinguishable from other 120-gallon listings, but they do not identify the frozen ASIN B01NBEDQ9K as a current exact offer. The source does not list a stand, lid, filter, light or full system. Confirm the AM11120 code and exact seller package, and plan support for the filled setup using appropriate product and furniture guidance rather than the empty weight alone.
A shopper who needs a large regular-format glass aquarium and can verify the exact model, support plan and separate equipment package..
Not for a buyer who needs a verified complete kit, an established filled weight or stand rating, a sump package, or a current Amazon offer proven by the historical ASIN.
Pros & cons
What could work for you, and what to consider before buying.
What works in its favor
- The manufacturer gives a model code, UPC, approximately 120-gallon capacity, listed dimensions and empty weight.
- Its regular format is distinguished from the taller 120-gallon option in the Aquarium Masters catalog.
- The maker describes its standard aquarium line as glass, supporting a sourced construction match.
What to weigh up
- The 165 lb figure is empty product weight and cannot be used as filled weight or a stand rating.
- The page does not itemize an included stand, lid, filtration, lighting or other setup components for AM11120.
- Historical ASIN B01NBEDQ9K is not mapped to a current exact Amazon model or seller package.

What the features mean for you
Match the AM11120 code and regular layout
Aquarium Masters lists the item as a 120 Regular Aquarium, SKU AM11120, with UPC 7-49729-11120-7. The same catalog shows a separate 120 X. High model AM11121, so the shared capacity label does not make the two layouts interchangeable. If dimensions, stand fit or replacement canopy compatibility matter, match the printed code rather than relying on a general 120-gallon title. The frozen Amazon clue B01NBEDQ9K remains unverified as a current offer for AM11120. Ask the seller for a photo of the item label or another exact model identifier before using this catalog entry to plan a purchase.
Use the listed dimensions for initial space planning
The manufacturer lists product dimensions of 48.25 × 24.5 × 25.38 inches and approximately 120 gallons. Those figures provide a concrete starting point for checking the available footprint and overhead clearance. The page also lists an empty product weight of 165 pounds, which is not the weight of a filled aquarium. It gives no water, substrate or accessory load calculation and no cabinet or floor rating. Do not use the empty weight to approve a stand; confirm the correct support requirements and exact outside dimensions for the unit and intended setup.
The catalog places the model in a glass line
Aquarium Masters describes its standard aquarium range as glass and includes AM11120 in that range. The line overview also discusses polished edges and black silicone for the family, but says polished edges are included in most aquariums; it does not confirm every construction detail for this exact model. The page does not give glass thickness, bracing or a seam specification for AM11120. Use glass as the supported material classification, while leaving those more specific construction questions open until an item-specific sheet is available. This prevents general family language from becoming a model-level specification.
Do not treat the tank page as a complete system
The manufacturer says compatible lighting systems are available and the standard range can be used with several filter types. Those are options for the line, not an itemized AM11120 box list. The cited source does not show a filter, pump, lid, canopy, heater, stand or sump included with this model. A large aquarium therefore requires separate package and equipment checks, and an unknown item should not be treated either as present or absent. Request the seller's current list of components and confirm compatibility codes before comparing this bare-tank listing with integrated systems.
Compare it with other capacity classes without ranking them
AM11120 is listed at approximately 120 gallons and has a broad 48.25 × 24.5-inch footprint. Aquarium Masters AM11121 is another 120-gallon catalog entry but is identified as X. High with a different product dimension set. SC Aquariums also has a 120-gallon candidate in this comparison, but its historic ASIN and model crosswalk conflict. Smaller models such as Seapora 59205 are listed at 30 gallons and use a breeder footprint. These differences matter when a buyer compares layout and identity, but this evidence does not establish one tank as better or prove support suitability. Confirm the exact code and equipment plan for the selected model.
What else to compare
For another 120-gallon glass candidate, compare SC Aquariums Starfire, whose model/ASIN crosswalk remains unresolved. Seapora item 59205 is a much smaller 30-gallon breeder tank listed at 36 × 18 × 12 inches. None of these comparisons establishes stand compatibility or included equipment for AM11120.
