Assessment scenario: Sennheiser Conversation Clear Plus, U.S. article 119-3007-P810, is an earlier sealed true-wireless earbud with speech-enhancement modes, active noise cancellation, SBC audio, two connected sources but one audio stream, and IPX4 earbuds. It is not a hearing aid or hearing-loss treatment. This assessment does not establish current seller availability, an individual unit’s condition, ANC-on runtime or wireless case charging.

Assessment scenario: Conversation-focused earlier ANC earbuds with two-device SBC audio
An editorial assessment scenario, not a statement of a visitor’s intent, for an earlier sealed-in-ear ANC model with documented SBC, two simultaneous host connections and IPX4 protection on the earbuds only. ANC-on runtime and case wireless charging remain unknown.
Explore this buying guide ↗Why consider this model?
- Sennheiser’s U.S. page and exact product data identify one complete U.S. configuration, article 119-3007-P810. Its U.S. page calls the product end-of-life; that is not a stock statement about third-party offers.
- The exact model manual documents sealed ear-canal fit with S/M/L adapters and S/M/L retention fins. The sizes and design cannot guarantee a personal seal, comfort or retention.
- The manufacturer documents ANC, automatic scene detection and speech-enhancement modes, but explicitly says this product is not a hearing aid and is not intended to treat hearing loss.
- The manual lists SBC, two active device connections and one audio stream at a time. It reconnects to the last two Bluetooth devices and can remember up to eight profiles; this is source switching, not simultaneous audio mixing.
- The manual rates the earbuds IPX4 and says the charging case is not splash waterproof. This matches the buds-only splash option without implying that the case can get wet.
Tradeoffs to weigh
- The up-to-nine-hour earbud playback figure is not assigned to ANC-on operation, SBC, volume, scene or a stated test routine; the product does not meet a numeric ANC-runtime threshold from that general claim.
- USB-C case charging is documented, but the reviewed sources do not establish whether the case also supports wireless charging. It is neither a verified wireless-charge match nor a strict wired-only match.
- App setup/personalization requires the Conversation Clear app and a Sennheiser account. Current app-store availability and phone OS compatibility were not established in this assessment.
- The manufacturer marks the model end-of-life and its spares page says economical out-of-warranty repair service is unavailable. No seller price, stock, condition, battery health, remaining runtime, package completeness, warranty or return term is known.
- No listening, fit, speech, ANC, call or battery testing was performed; no individual efficacy is promised.
Check these before ordering
- Verify the exact U.S. article 119-3007-P810 and the ConCPlus1 L/R earbuds with their matching ConCPlus1-C case; do not substitute a stand-alone tip, fin or unrelated accessory.
- Confirm that the seller’s package actually includes the three ear-adapter sizes, three fin sizes, case, USB-C cable and original guides; the model family package list does not prove the completeness of a particular offer.
- Confirm that the Conversation Clear app can be installed and paired on the intended phone, that an account can be used, and that the desired two-source host switching works with the specific devices.
- Ask for an actual-unit charge/playback demonstration and written seller condition, warranty and return terms; the old model’s published maximum does not reveal an individual battery’s condition.
- Keep the case dry, dry the earbuds before docking, and do not treat IPX4 as permission to swim or shower. Do not select this as a hearing aid or treatment for hearing loss.
