Tradeoffs to weigh
- The six-hour figure applies with Immersive Audio off; the manual lists four hours with it on. This is a source maximum, not an individual runtime estimate.
- The case is not water resistant, even though the earbuds are IPX4.
- aptX Adaptive requires a Snapdragon Sound-compatible source; Bose does not receive media over LE Audio. Codec, multipoint and runtime plans are kept separate.
- A sealed ear tip and cancellation result depend on an individual fit; no listening or comfort test was performed.
