Assessment scenario for Titan Preacher Curl Bench V3 SKU 401827: a dedicated curl bench with two J-hooks, an adjustable seat and broad arm pad, not a general flat/FID bench. Its 250-lb maker rating does not define visitor intent or a tested working load.

Assessment scenario: Dedicated seated or preacher-curl bench assessment
Assessment scenario: compare a stand-alone Titan specialty bench for a seated or preacher-curl routine without requiring a general flat/incline/decline position, wheels, vertical storage or a numeric footprint. These empty filters do not establish the visitor's actual intent; review the exact model's movement, load statement and space limits.
Explore this buying guide ↗Why consider this model?
- Titan identifies two plastic-lined bar J-hooks, a 28.5-inch rack width, and an adjustable 16-to-20.5-inch seat.
- The product page lists a 14-by-23.25-inch arm pad, a 73-lb product weight and a distinct X-frame design.
- Its bar-rest and support arrangement is materially different from the lighter 401480 Station, which uses curved adjustable catches.
Tradeoffs to weigh
- Titan's 250-lb load-capacity statement does not say whether user bodyweight is included and is not an independent load test.
- The page does not document general bench positions, wheels, vertical storage or an area footprint; the overall dimensions are not a base-area calculation.
- Titan's page says the rubber feet can be bolted down; confirm the current instructions and whether the intended floor permits this.
Check these before ordering
- Verify SKU 401827 and the V3 frame rather than Titan Preacher Curl Station SKU 401480.
- Confirm current assembly/anchoring instructions, the bar geometry against the 28.5-inch rack and how the load statement applies to the intended use.
- Measure the 31.5-by-37-inch outer footprint plus space for bar loading and movement; do not presume the station rolls or stands vertically.
