Explore this buying guide ↗Why consider this model?
- Titan identifies the complete Elite Series Single Post Flat Bench; its linked current manual names the 401847/402054/402055/402056 finish family.
- The page lists a fixed-flat 48-by-12-by-2.5-inch pad, 56-lb weight, rear wheels and upright storage, along with a 1,000-lb maker-stated figure.
Tradeoffs to weigh
- The product page does not explain whether bodyweight is included in its rating; this is not an independent test.
- No numeric training-base area or upright-storage envelope is published. It has no documented incline or decline adjustment.
- The similar TITAN Series flat offer is materially different: it is 20 lb heavier with a wider/thicker pad and a 1,200-lb published figure.
Check these before ordering
- Verify SKU 401847 and exact color in the order; the family also lists 402054, 402055 and 402056. Do not confuse this fixed bench with the adjustable Elite FID.
- Ask Titan how the 1,000-lb maker rating treats user bodyweight and check assembly instructions for the claimed upright-storage method.
- Measure the 48-by-26.375-by-17-inch overall dimensions and required room/rack clearance; the page does not give a storage footprint.
