A research-supported candidate for a video-first desk that needs autofocus, a documented 4K30 mode over a USB 3-class host path, and Windows Hello, and that uses separate audio and an external privacy cap.

There is no built-in microphone or integrated shutter; 4K depends on USB 3, the included cable ends in USB-A at the host, and the external magnetic cap must be placed over the lens. Dell's current page lists 4K24 as well as 4K30, whereas its guide lists 4K30 only, so this assessment credits 4K30 rather than an unambiguous 4K24 mode.
