Explore this buying guide ↗Why consider this model?
- A fit to consider if you specifically want the current RT85's Ortofon 2M Blue and acrylic-platter package, accept manual cueing and already have a compatible receiver PHONO input or plan to add a phono stage.
Tradeoffs to weigh
- There is no built-in phono stage, amplifier or speaker, and the manufacturer says wireless playback is not built in. The arm is manual, auto-stop can miss some records and does not lift or return the arm, and current page dimensions differ from the manual on height and depth.
Check these before ordering
- Confirm the exact model, generation, size and configuration in the offer.
- Compare your selected requirements with the detailed review before ordering.
- Check included accessories, seller, current availability and return terms.
