Lowe's item 5708973 identifies model SURFER M1 as a battery-powered robotic surface skimmer for above- and in-ground pools; the listing describes solar charging, app-directed surface cleaning and up to 12 hours of runtime. Its exact pool-length limit, manual, configuration SKU and complete carton list were not established, so it is a surface-task match only when no numeric length or other unsupported requirement is selected.

Explore this buying guide ↗Why consider this model?
- A research-based candidate when the requested job is collecting floating debris at the water surface, and the buyer wants a battery-powered skimmer with retailer-listed solar charging and app commands. Lowe's exact listing also describes use in above- and in-ground pools; it does not document a numeric pool-length limit.
Tradeoffs to weigh
- This is a surface skimmer, not a submerged floor, wall or waterline robot. No maximum pool length, exact manual, minimum operating depth, full seller package or separate fine-filter kit was established. The retailer page's up-to-12-hour claim is not a tested runtime. AADD's image banner says 'Scuba M1' even though the visible device label and AADD manual/care records say 'Surfer M1'; check the exact model name and item number on any offer.
