Assessment scenario: Earlier two-slot manual-shade routine
A two-slice earlier-model comparison where the exact model code, manual, undocumented dimensions and offer condition must be checked rather than inferred from a family resemblance.
Explore this buying guide ↗Why consider this model?
- The exact U.S. 22632 page identifies a white cool-wall two-slice toaster and lists Toast Boost, a shade selector, automatic shutoff and a drop-down crumb tray.
- Its directly linked 840242601 table names exact model 22632/type T105 at 120 V / 60 Hz / 750 W; the booklet shows one manual shade control group, Cancel and guided conventional openings.
- The exact maker record and linked instructions support seven manual shade choices and a manual post-cycle Toast Boost function, not a measured browning result or a motorized carriage.
Tradeoffs to weigh
- The maker says No Longer Available. The landing is an editorial assessment, not a current offer, price, condition or stock statement.
- No outside body dimensions, slot aperture or maximum food dimensions are published; leave numeric counter and bread-fit requirements unverified.
- The booklet gives bagel and frozen-food chart guidance but does not document dedicated Bagel or Frozen/Defrost controls. Its bounded historical recall source is not a current or unit-level clearance.
Check these before ordering
- Confirm the physical label says base model 22632, not 22632PS or another suffix; compare its rating plate with the exact linked 120 V / 60 Hz / 750 W table.
- Measure the toaster and its slot against your actual counter and bread, then allow additional working room for ventilation, cord/outlet reach, loading and crumb-tray opening.
- Inspect the unit, cord, plug, lifter, controls and tray; verify package contents, seller identity, return terms and any written warranty, and check its model and series code with current manufacturer recall information.
