- The 45-hour ANC-on figure is a manufacturer maximum, not a predicted trip runtime. Philips documents an analog cable route but not wired ANC or power-off passive listening; the TAH8506 is therefore not a documented battery-free fallback. Its Bluetooth 5.0 codec list is AAC/SBC, and fit, cancellation strength and long-session comfort are not independently measured here.
