Current U.S. Smart Tx bundle with a separately included touchscreen audio transmitter, over-ear adaptive ANC, Bluetooth 5.3 multipoint, and a maker-rated 40-hour Bluetooth ANC-on maximum. The transmitter's separate up-to-18-hour rating is not headphone runtime; wired ANC and passive power-off playback have no published runtime/confirmation.

Explore this buying guide ↗Why consider this model?
- A documented fit when a buyer wants over-ear ANC, direct Bluetooth multipoint, and a distinct included Smart Tx transmitter for receiving audio from USB-C or analog sources before wireless playback. The headphone's published Bluetooth ANC-on maximum is 40 hours.
Tradeoffs to weigh
- The separate transmitter adds another device to charge and carry; JBL rates that transmitter for up to 18 hours, not the headphone's runtime. Wired ANC has no separate runtime and battery-empty passive play is not confirmed. JBL's spec table says 10 microphones while its descriptions identify eight ANC and four call microphones, so the total is left unresolved.
