The separately listed Smoked Pearl U.S. collaboration, exact variant QCUH2-HEADPHONEARN-TMBN-SMPRL-WW and Bose item 890101-1100. Bose documents the QCUH2's ANC and wired/digital audio modes, but its exact collaboration page conflicts on whether the audio cable is in the carton and on whether the cushions are cashmere or protein leather; neither disputed field is treated as settled.

Explore this buying guide ↗Why consider this model?
- A source-documented option for someone who wants second-generation Bose ANC and the separate Thom Browne Smoked Pearl styling, with Bluetooth multipoint and both a powered analog route and USB-C audio. Its functionality is assessed separately from regular Black because the item family and materials/package claims differ.
Tradeoffs to weigh
- Bose's exact collaboration page lists a 3.5 mm-to-2.5 mm cable in the box but marks 'Audio cable included' No; treat the cable as unconfirmed and check the exact sealed package before relying on it. The same page markets heather-grey cashmere ear cushions but its technical material row says Protein Leather, so the exact cushion composition is unresolved. The 30-hour ANC-on and 23-hour Immersive Audio figures are manufacturer maxima, not measured use; analog audio requires power and is not passive power-off listening. Comfort, sound and cancellation have not been personally tested.
