- This is not a hard-drive shelf: all 30 positions are 2.5-inch SATA SSD-only. The chassis is a 2U rack appliance, drive capacity depends on separately purchased compatible SSDs, and rail kit RAIL-A03-57 is not included in QNAP’s guide package list. Do not infer 20 Gbps from two 10GbE ports or assume either warranty text controls the actual sale; the guide says three years while the current U.S. page and Store state five.
