Explore this buying guide ↗Why consider this model?
- A research-documented 18-position rack NAS profile for a system that needs one built-in 10GbE link and a buyer-created two-drive redundant plan under one selected QTS or QuTS hero profile.
Tradeoffs to weigh
- This is a diskless, owner-configured appliance, not an initialized pool. Verify each exact drive and firmware, choose one operating system, confirm RAIL-B02 and current rack clearances, and arrange truly independent upstream power if dual-supply resilience matters. The 10GbE rating is not a transfer-speed result; the current warranty statement conflicts with the English guide.
