Explore this buying guide ↗Why consider this model?
- An assessment candidate only for someone using or buying a Vari Single Monitor Arm Series 2 or Dual Monitor Arm Series 2; the arm must be secured to a desk and is separate from the laptop holder. The laptop must stay within the 11 lb and 15.5-inch manufacturer limits, with its actual footprint and clamp-contact areas checked.
Tradeoffs to weigh
- The laptop support frees desktop area and can be moved with the arm, but it supplies no freestanding laptop base, requires a compatible separately sold Vari arm, has no published independent lift span, and is not documented as a travel-folding stand. The sheet's pound/kilogram load conversion is inconsistent.
