Explore this buying guide ↗Why consider this model?
- For a desk that needs to store a specifically compatible laptop upright beside a second device. The front and rear slots differ at about 12 mm and 20 mm, and Satechi publishes device-by-device compatibility guidance.
Tradeoffs to weigh
- This is a closed-device vertical storage holder, not an open screen riser, height-adjustable stand, travel fold, lap support or swivel base. Verify laptop model and full case thickness against the exact slot: the maker has not confirmed unlisted devices, gives no laptop weight limit, and does not provide a stand mass. The overall dimension axes are only partly labelled, and its product page displayed Sold Out on 2026-11-01.
