Explore this buying guide ↗Why consider this model?
- Consider the current US Model 320 when a powered counter-top routine is wanted for maker-listed 20-degree-class straight-edge knives and the same machine's separate Stage 2 serration procedure is useful. Its two-stage sequence differs from Model 120's third finishing stage and from Model 1520's separately guided 15° and 20° paths.
Tradeoffs to weigh
- The maker's 20-degree-class claim is recorded as one plain-edge capability point, not a per-side or total-angle conclusion or a bevel recommendation. Serrated knives use a distinct Stage 2 method with no numeric setting assigned here. The integrated flexible finishing disks do not establish that a separate leather strop is in the package; the manual excludes scissors, axes and blades that do not fit freely, limits use to stable indoor household surfaces, and prohibits water, oil and other lubricants. Manufacturer warranty materials conflict, so confirm coverage for the exact SKU.
