The 2021 and 2024 U.S. catalogs list the corded 576039; inspected 2026 catalog pages 120–127 show current cordless CARVEX models/accessories and do not list it. Earlier-reference is a source-snapshot classification, not proof of discontinuation or seller unavailability. Barrel grip with a latching slide switch; the manual distinguishes it from PSB 300 EQ’s pushbutton and lock button.

Why consider this model?

  • An earlier-reference corded barrel-grip TRION assessment for users who prefer the PS switch layout and need its documented 720 W / four-position material guidance.

Tradeoffs to weigh

  • Voltage must be read from the exact rating plate; the manual does not publish it. Its dust blow-off depends on an extractor, and the checked sources do not establish a combined vacuum-and-bevel setup or U-shank compatibility.
