An earlier corded Bosch barrel-grip jigsaw with a locking side slide switch, separate speed dial, orbital selector, blower and beveling footplate. Its shared manual gives model-specific operating guidance, but the reviewed sources do not establish its blade-shank family.

Explore this buying guide ↗Why consider this model?
- A corded-tool buyer who specifically wants the 1591EVS barrel-grip body and locking slide switch, and whose work can be matched to the shared Bosch manual’s supported wood/plastic or straight-metal setup.
Tradeoffs to weigh
- The exact blade-shank interface remains unknown, and a 2012/2013 catalog conflicts with the shared manual on wood/aluminum capacities. Optional vacuum hardware changes the dust setup. The K and SL package suffixes and any seller’s contents or condition must be verified.
Check these before ordering
- Confirm the exact model, generation, size and configuration in the offer.
- Compare your selected requirements with the detailed review before ordering.
- Check included accessories, seller, current availability and return terms.
