A manually rolled EVA-foam ball offered in 6- and 8-inch diameters. OPTP describes the density qualitatively as moderately firm and distinguishes smaller-area and larger-area use; a ball diameter is not a roller's longitudinal length.

Explore this buying guide ↗Why consider this model?
- An adjacent manual rolling format for someone comparing a small foam ball by exact diameter. OPTP distinguishes its 6-inch ball (SKU 474) for smaller areas from the 8-inch ball (SKU 475) for larger muscle areas; it is not a continuous cylinder or a substitute for a size-classified roller.
Tradeoffs to weigh
- The finder cannot sort 6- versus 8-inch ball diameter, and neither ball has a documented longitudinal cylinder length or hollow/solid roller core. OPTP's moderately-firm description is qualitative; no independent outcome or pressure measurement is available here.
