A legacy single-output 12 V AC charger with selectable 8 A bulk charging or 2 A charging/maintenance. Battery Tender identifies SKU 022-1005 as its replacement; the 022-0337 manual and page contain conflicting lithium statements, so lithium is not treated as a supported finder plan here.

Explore this buying guide ↗Why consider this model?
- A portable earlier-generation 12 V-only unit for a single compatible lead-acid battery when an 8 A charging rate and automatic lower-rate maintenance are useful. It is documented for 20–150 Ah batteries; confirm the precise current, chemistry and battery-maker approval before buying or use.
Tradeoffs to weigh
- This is not the current replacement, and it lacks the documented weather rating and multi-chemistry support described for SKU 022-1005. It is not a 6 V or 24 V charger. The exact 022-0337 sources conflict on lithium, so this review does not match it to LiFePO4 despite lithium language in the manual cover and panel selector.
