For the assessment scenario of an adult trail rider with a measured 64 cm circumference who requires documented CPSC, the exact Fixture Mips II XL US style 019 is within Giro’s published 58–65 cm UXL chart and states CPSC. The chart is a screening interval, not a personal fit finding.

Assessment scenario: Adult trail use at 64 cm with CPSC evidence required
Assessment scenario only: the documented adult trail plan needs a chart that includes 64 cm and an exact US CPSC statement. Fixture Mips II XL style 019 is a reviewed match at this circumference, but an in-range chart does not establish a personal fit.
Explore this buying guide ↗Why consider this model?
- Giro describes the exact style-019 model for mountain biking, including fire roads and singletrack.
- The official chart maps UXL to 58–65 cm; 64 cm falls within this published interval, without proving that the helmet fits a particular head.
- The exact US page lists integrated Mips and states CPSC bicycle-helmet compliance for persons age five and older; its 345 g figure is for UXL CPSC.
Tradeoffs to weigh
- The manufacturer chart is not an independent measurement or a personal fit guarantee; head shape, secure positioning and comfort still need to be confirmed.
- The 7 cm Roc Loc Sport adjustment is fit-system travel, not extra circumference beyond 58–65 cm.
- This is style 019 in UXL only, not standard Fixture Mips II style 017; do not transfer its range or weight to that model.
Check these before ordering
- Confirm the offer identifies Fixture Mips II XL US style 019 and the exact UXL configuration; do not assume standard style 017 is equivalent.
- Inspect the actual helmet’s CPSC marking, exact model identification and instructions rather than relying only on a listing image.
- Try the exact helmet on using Giro’s instructions, confirm it remains level and secure without pressure or movement, and review return terms before ordering.
- Check current manufacturer and relevant recall notices, seller identity, package contents and return terms before purchase.
