Explore this buying guide ↗Why consider this model?
- A possible fit only when the shopper is assessing an exact, intact N8142 for supervised awake swing use and is comfortable with four D cells, selectable direction, a documented 25 lb maximum, and no published footprint. Its earlier model status, no current offer, and seat-position discrepancy need explicit verification.
Tradeoffs to weigh
- Mattel's pages describe the two-way seat, folding frame, mobile and removable washable pad, but the product was discontinued in 2010. No minimum weight, body dimensions, current parts/offer, adapter plan or individual-unit recall/condition clearance is established; the manual shows two reclines while the technical page says three seat positions.
