Explore this buying guide ↗Why consider this model?
- A smaller Thermo-family external-filter assessment when the included adjustable HeatUp 150, exact US 120 V / 60 Hz edition, and documented beside-or-under installation suit the setup being considered.
Tradeoffs to weigh
- OASE publishes a maximum, not a lower-to-upper tank interval; its 66-gallon manual recommendation differs from the 70-gallon US ceiling and cannot be converted into a range. The 4.4 L field is total filter volume, not basket capacity, and current official flow/head figures are inconsistent. No high-waste rating is documented.
