Kitchen · SCENARIO ANSWER

Which 11–14 cup food processor has the useful combination of dicing and a smaller bowl?

Question: I prepare full-size meals and want slicing and shredding. Should I choose the 14-cup KitchenAid with its dicing kit and mini bowl, the 11-cup BLACK+DECKER with two bowls and dicing, or the 14-cup Cuisinart with a simpler documented disc set?

These three processors address the same broad prep routine with different documented packages. The KitchenAid pairs its 14-cup bowl with a 4-cup mini bowl and dicing kit. The BLACK+DECKER trades down to an 11-cup main bowl while retaining a separate 4-cup bowl and dicing assembly. The Cuisinart offers the largest stated main bowl here, but its saved manufacturer parts list confirms standard discs rather than the same dicing/small-bowl combination.

THE SHORT ANSWER

What we would do

Start with the KitchenAid KFP1466CU if you want 14-cup capacity plus a documented 4-cup mini bowl and commercial-style dicing kit. Choose the BLACK+DECKER FP6010 if an 11-cup main bowl is enough and you want the same two-bowl scale with a listed dicing assembly. Choose the Cuisinart DFP-14BCNY if its 14-cup single-bowl setup and standard slicing/shredding tools are the priority; the saved official parts list does not verify an included second bowl or dicing kit.

BLACK+DECKER Performance Dicing Food Processor

Dicing and two bowl sizes

Closer fit

The FP6010 suits a buyer who wants both a dicing assembly and separate bowl scales without moving to the 14-cup largest options. BLACK+DECKER’s manual lists an 11-cup main bowl, a 4-cup bowl, adjustable slicing, reversible shredding, dough and dicing parts, plus three speeds and pulse. That is a broad documented toolset. The historical ASIN, finish, and current marketplace package remain unverified, and no wattage is asserted.

Why it appears here

The instruction booklet lists an 11-cup bowl and 4-cup bowl, adjustable slicing, reversible shredding, and a dicing assembly. It is the lower-capacity alternative when a second bowl and dicing matter more than having a 14-cup main bowl.

What you give up

The current historical-ASIN mapping, finish, and seller package remain unverified. Confirm the dicing parts and both bowls before ordering.

Documented matches

  • Its documented main bowl reaches the selected capacity range.
  • Its documented package includes slicing and shredding tools.

From the full review

  • The manual lists both 11-cup and 4-cup bowls.
  • The included dicing assembly sits alongside an adjustable slicer and reversible shredding disc.

Cuisinart Custom 14-Cup Food Processor

Large single-bowl capacity

Closer fit

The DFP-14BCNY is the largest documented bowl in this batch at 14 cups, with Cuisinart listing a 720 W motor and a conventional feed-tube/disc package. It is a sensible shortlist choice when the large batch bowl and basic slice/shred workflow matter more than a dicing or spiralizing kit. The saved manufacturer parts list does not establish every item named in the historic marketplace bundle, so review the exact seller package.

Why it appears here

Cuisinart documents a 14-cup bowl, large and small feed tubes, a 4 mm slicer and medium shredder. It is the clearest fit in this set when main-bowl capacity and standard slice/shred tools matter most.

What you give up

The saved manufacturer list does not confirm the historic title’s Chop Wizard bundle, a separate small work bowl, or a dicing kit. Do not treat the small feed tube as a second bowl.

Documented matches

  • Its documented main bowl reaches the selected capacity range.
  • Its documented package includes slicing and shredding tools. Cuisinart lists a 4 mm slicing disc and medium shredding disc.

KitchenAid 14-Cup Food Processor with ExactSlice System and Dicing Kit

A large processor with dicing and a mini bowl

Closer fit

The KFP1466CU is a strong candidate when the decision depends on more than bowl volume: KitchenAid lists a 14-cup main bowl, separate 4-cup mini bowl, dicing kit, adjustable slicing, shredding and dough blade. Those tools give it a different package from the DFP-14BCNY, whose saved official parts list confirms standard discs but not a separate bowl or dicing kit. The historic Amazon ASIN remains unverified, so inspect the exact model and seller contents.

Why it appears here

KitchenAid documents a 14-cup main bowl, separate 4-cup mini bowl, adjustable ExactSlice disc, reversible shredding disc, and commercial-style dicing kit. It brings the broadest confirmed mix of batch sizes and cutting jobs among these three.

What you give up

Confirm the full KFP1466CU code and all parts in the current seller package; the old Amazon ASIN is not verified as an exact current offer.

Documented matches

  • Its documented main bowl reaches the selected capacity range.
  • Its documented package includes slicing and shredding tools.

From the full review

  • A 14-cup main bowl is paired with a documented 4-cup mini bowl.
  • The manufacturer lists a commercial-style dicing kit and adjustable ExactSlice system.

Also weigh

  • The broad kit means several parts to verify and store.
  • The exact historical ASIN is not confirmed as a current Amazon offer.

Consider it for

A shopper seeking a documented dicing assembly and two bowl sizes without requiring a 14-cup main bowl..

Look elsewhere if

It is not a match if a verified 14-cup bowl is essential, the exact current ASIN/package must be authenticated, or you want a simple appliance with very few attachments.

The advantages and the compromises

Pros

  • The manual lists both 11-cup and 4-cup bowls.
  • The included dicing assembly sits alongside an adjustable slicer and reversible shredding disc.
  • A dough blade and three-speed-plus-pulse control are documented.

Cons

  • The old Amazon ASIN and color/package mapping are not confirmed.
  • The attachment set involves several pieces and a storage case.
  • No wattage figure is used because the saved manual evidence does not verify one.

Two bowls cover different batch scales

The FP6010 manual names an 11-cup work bowl and a 4-cup work bowl. That pairing gives the buyer a clear distinction from a one-bowl 14-cup model and from a 3.5-cup chopper. Consider how often you prepare a smaller batch and whether a second bowl would be worth its storage. The published capacities describe the bowls; they do not guarantee that a given recipe can be processed at the maximum marked quantity. Check operating directions for food-specific limits. [bowlCapacityCups, smallBowl]

Relevant to your slicing and shredding tools answer

Dicing is supported by a dedicated assembly

BLACK+DECKER’s booklet lists a dicing assembly along with an adjustable slicing disc and reversible shredding disc. Those are different tools for different cuts, which is why the finder asks separately about dicing and slice/shred needs. A shopper who wants diced vegetables should look for the exact assembly in the seller’s included parts rather than infer it from a generic “food processor” title. The manual explains assembly and use; it does not provide a comparative dicing-quality result or a claim about user effort. [dicingKit, sliceShred]

The dough blade and speed controls

The parts list includes a dough blade, and the controls include three speeds plus pulse. This gives the FP6010 a wider intended role than chopping alone. Follow BLACK+DECKER’s guidance for dough loads and ingredient quantities instead of assuming that a large bowl permits any recipe. Speed settings are documented controls, not a measure of motor performance or a reason to claim better results than another model. The saved evidence does not verify an electrical wattage figure, so one is deliberately left out. [doughBlade]

Relevant to your slicing and shredding tools answer

A tool-rich package requires package checking

The booklet lists an S-blade, mini S-blade, dough blade, adjustable slicer, reversible shredder, dicing components, two bowls and a storage case. That is useful breadth if the tools will be used, but it makes completeness more important for a marketplace listing. The historical Amazon page is not confirmed as an exact current offer, and a bundle title may not match the base manual. Use the tagged FP6010 search and compare the actual included-parts list with the manual before ordering, especially for the dicing assembly and 4-cup bowl. [smallBowl, sliceShred, doughBlade, dicingKit]

Relevant to your main bowl capacity answer

How it compares with larger alternatives

The KitchenAid KFP1466CU also has a dicing kit and 4-cup bowl, but its main bowl is listed as 14 cups. The Cuisinart DFP-14BCNY likewise has a 14-cup main bowl, while the saved official parts list does not confirm an included dicing kit or separate work bowl. The FP6010 gives up some main capacity relative to those models while retaining a documented small bowl and dicing function. That comparison rests on stated specs and included tools, not on tests of size, speed, noise or cutting quality. [bowlCapacityCups, smallBowl, dicingKit]

How the alternatives change the decision

The KFP1466CU offers a 14-cup main bowl plus 4-cup mini bowl and a dicing kit; the FP6010 keeps the dicing and small bowl but has an 11-cup main bowl.

Before you decide

What bowls come with the FP6010?

The FP6010 booklet lists an 11-cup main work bowl and a separate 4-cup bowl; verify both in the current seller package.

Does the FP6010 include a dicing kit?

Yes. BLACK+DECKER’s instruction booklet identifies a dicing assembly and explains its use in the documented model.

What is the FP6010 motor wattage?

The saved instruction booklet does not establish a wattage figure, so this review leaves power unresolved and does not infer it from seller titles.

The decision for your answers

Shortlist the FP6010 when the combination of dicing, an 11-cup main bowl and a separate 4-cup bowl fits your prep. Confirm the exact package and do not rely on unsupported wattage claims.

Its documented package includes slicing and shredding tools. Cuisinart lists a 4 mm slicing disc and medium shredding disc.

Consider it for

A buyer prioritizing a 14-cup bowl and conventional slicing/shredding without needing a verified specialty kit..

Look elsewhere if

Do not choose it for a confirmed separate mini work bowl, a documented dough blade, included dicing or spiralizer tools, or an authenticated current Amazon package based only on its old ASIN.

The advantages and the compromises

Pros

  • The 14-cup main bowl is the largest stated capacity among this first batch.
  • Cuisinart lists both a large and a small feed tube plus slicing and shredding discs.
  • The manufacturer identifies a 720 W rating and a chopping/mixing blade.

Capacity for larger recipes

Cuisinart specifies a 14-cup work bowl, giving the DFP-14BCNY a clear capacity distinction from the 9- and 10-cup alternatives and the compact choppers. A larger stated bowl may be useful for batch preparation, but it should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every ingredient can be processed at the full stated volume. Follow the product manual for loading and operation. The source gives a useful scale for comparison without making any measured claims about speed, chopping consistency or recipe outcomes. [bowlCapacityCups]

Relevant to your slicing and shredding tools answer

Feed tubes and discs for routine prep

The official page lists large and small feed tubes, a 4 mm slicing disc and a medium shredding disc. Those parts support a conventional feed-through workflow for slicing and shredding. The disc set is less elaborate than a package with an adjustable slicer, French-fry disc, dicing kit or spiralizer, but it may be exactly enough for a shopper who mainly wants standard prep. The source does not claim adjustable slice thickness, so the profile uses only the stated 4 mm disc. [sliceShred]

Do not transfer every historic bundle claim

The frozen Amazon row’s title describes a Chop Wizard bundle, spice mill and enhanced protection plan. Cuisinart’s saved manufacturer page establishes the base DFP-14BCNY processor and its listed parts, but it does not confirm that those extra items were included with that historic ASIN or remain in a current seller package. This review keeps the bundle boundary visible. It also avoids claiming a small work bowl: a small feed tube is not a separate bowl. [smallBowl]

Relevant to your main bowl capacity answer

Power is a specification, not a performance result

Cuisinart gives a 720 W rating for the DFP-14BCNY. The number can be recorded as a sourced electrical specification, but it should not be used as a stand-in for speed, torque under load, noise or cut quality. Those comparisons would require evidence not present in the saved source. A useful decision here is whether the 14-cup vessel, feed-tube arrangement and ordinary discs suit your tasks, rather than assuming a wattage figure settles the choice. [bowlCapacityCups]

Relevant to your main bowl capacity and slicing and shredding tools answer

Confirm the base model and package before buying

Cuisinart’s product page names DFP-14BCNY and brushed stainless steel, while the historical row contains an elaborate bundle title and structured seller code. Neither item proves a current direct Amazon identity. The link is a clearly labeled exact-model search with the required affiliate tag. Check that the seller identifies DFP-14BCNY, lists the 14-cup bowl and exact discs, and describes the included condition and returns. The review therefore ranks its documented processor features without claiming current availability, price or that every historic bundle accessory is supplied. [bowlCapacityCups, sliceShred]

How the alternatives change the decision

The KitchenAid KFP1466CU also has 14-cup capacity but includes a 4-cup mini bowl and dicing kit. The FP6010 has a smaller 11-cup main bowl and a documented 4-cup bowl/dicing system.

Before you decide

What does the Cuisinart page list in the box?

It lists the 14-cup processor bowl, large and small feed tubes, 4 mm slicing disc, medium shredding disc, chopping/mixing blade, stem, spatula and instructions.

Does the DFP-14BCNY come with a second work bowl?

The saved manufacturer parts list does not identify a separate small work bowl; a small feed tube is not another bowl.

Are the Chop Wizard and spice mill included?

They appear in the historical marketplace bundle title, but the saved Cuisinart model page does not confirm those extras for a current package.

The decision for your answers

Choose the DFP-14BCNY when its 14-cup bowl and standard slice/shred tools are the main reasons to buy. Verify any bundle additions and exact seller package separately.

One model, two useful bowl scales

KitchenAid’s KFP1466CU page specifies a 14-cup main work bowl and a separate 4-cup mini bowl. This pairing makes the model more than a large-capacity choice: a buyer can compare the large vessel for batch work with the smaller one for short preparations. It is still important to check the actual seller package, because a historic ASIN does not authenticate the contents of a present listing. Capacity is a stated bowl measure, not a promise that every ingredient fits at that volume. [bowlCapacityCups, smallBowl]

Dicing is the special attachment distinction

KitchenAid lists a commercial-style dicing kit for the exact KFP1466CU model. That gives it a documented task not established for the DFP-14BCNY. The difference matters to shoppers who want diced ingredients from an included assembly, rather than relying on a chopping blade or manually cutting food. The product page supports the kit’s inclusion at the model level; it does not tell us how easy it is to clean or whether a particular user will like the resulting cube size. Verify the kit in a seller listing before purchase. [dicingKit]

Relevant to your slicing and shredding tools answer

ExactSlice and shredding broaden standard prep

The manufacturer describes an adjustable ExactSlice disc and a reversible shredding disc. Together with the feed-tube lids, those tools support a normal slice-and-shred workflow in addition to dicing. The finder treats slicing/shredding and dicing as separate requirements because they rely on different included parts. The adjustable system is a documented feature, not a claim that every cut will be uniform or that the controls are easier than another brand’s. Use the instruction manual for the selected setting and food. [sliceShred]

A dough blade is specifically listed

KitchenAid’s saved exact-model information includes a dough blade. This supports a shopper who wants dough preparation alongside cutting and dicing tools. It is distinct from a general multipurpose blade, so we match only where the manufacturer lists the dedicated part. The listing does not settle recipe limits or kneading results. If dough is your main task, read the manual’s directions and compare the recipe quantities you expect to make with the appliance’s rated guidance. [doughBlade]

Relevant to your slicing and shredding tools answer

Compare the package rather than the headline

A 14-cup headline does not distinguish the KFP1466CU from the Cuisinart DFP-14BCNY by itself. The practical differences are the KitchenAid’s documented 4-cup mini bowl and dicing kit, along with its adjustable slicer and dough blade. The historic Amazon row does not prove the exact current listing or seller contents. Use the tagged exact-model search, check the complete KFP1466CU code, verify both bowls and the dicing kit, and review return terms. This product review is based on manufacturer documentation rather than personal testing or current marketplace availability. [smallBowl, dicingKit, sliceShred]

How the alternatives change the decision

The DFP-14BCNY offers another 14-cup bowl with standard slicing and shredding tools. The FP6010 trades some main-bowl capacity for a documented 4-cup bowl and dicing kit.

Before you decide

Does the KFP1466CU include a small bowl?

Yes. KitchenAid lists a separate 4-cup mini bowl in addition to the 14-cup main bowl; confirm both in the specific seller package.

Is a dicing kit part of the documented model?

KitchenAid’s exact-model page lists a commercial-style dicing kit among the KFP1466CU features and included tools.

Can it prepare dough?

KitchenAid lists a dough blade for this model. Follow the manual for appropriate ingredients, load sizes and operation.

The decision for your answers

  • The comparison is deliberately curated to these three complete reviewed products; it does not claim to rank every food processor or every verified model in the category.
  • The required slicing/shredding and large-batch answers are confirmed from the respective manufacturer pages or instruction booklet. Current marketplace identity and seller packages still need confirmation.
  • This is a documented-feature comparison. It does not rate cutting quality, noise, durability, speed, comfort, price, stock, or buyer-review sentiment.

USEFUL FOLLOW-UPS

Questions to ask before you choose

Does the Cuisinart have a separate mini bowl?

The saved Cuisinart parts list identifies large and small feed tubes, not a separate second work bowl. Those are different components.

Which products have a dicing kit in the documented package?

KitchenAid lists its commercial-style dicing kit for KFP1466CU, and the BLACK+DECKER FP6010 manual lists a dicing assembly. The saved DFP-14BCNY parts list does not list one.

Is the KitchenAid automatically the best processor?

No. It is the most feature-rich fit for the selected two-bowl and dicing preferences. A simpler 14-cup Cuisinart or lower-capacity FP6010 may suit a different routine better.
